Winnicka Salata Ltd. mainly specializes in the production of various types of lettuce and baby leaf. Every year we offer for sale lettuces, which we grow on almost 200 hectares of fertile soil, of which lettuce cultivation takes about 150 h and baby leaf about 50 hectares, both for industry and fresh market. Since the beginning of the company's operations, we have been consistently implementing the EURO GAP strategy and, as a result, GLOBAL GAP and McDonald’s Standard to meet the ever-increasing demands and expectations of our clients.
